William Richard Womack (born 1974)〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=William Richard Womack )〕 is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives from District 18, based in Arkadelphia in Clark County in South Arkansas. The district also includes parts of Dallas, Hot Spring, and Garland counties.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Richard Womack )〕 He was initially elected in 2012. Womack graduated in 1993 from Benton High School in Benton in Saline County near Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1997, he graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia. Self-employed in the paint and construction business,〔 he is a married father of seven children. On November 6, 2012, Womack defeated the Democrat Fred W.
